For the Gréiwemaacher Pompjeeën a.s.b.l., the amicale of the historic fire brigade in Gréiwemaacher, we developed a modern, user-friendly website in Luxembourgish, designed to make the brigade’s history, commitment, and community spirit digitally visible.
A key feature is the chronicle, which documents over 100 years of firefighting history through an interactive timeline – from the early beginnings to today’s active community work. The current committee members are presented with photos and roles, fostering transparency and a personal connection with the local population.
Special attention was given to the integration of interactive forms: For the annual Quetschefest, visitors can pre-order homemade plum jam and plum tart via an online order form. Additionally, a separate rental form allows users to easily request the association’s inflatable castle.
Another feature is the contact form, enabling interested parties to get in touch directly with the association, along with an embedded social media feed that displays live updates on the homepage – strengthening the link between online presence and community life.
